Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of the billing period.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. Your data will be available for 30 days after cancellation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoice-based billing.
Do you take a cut of registration fees?
LeagueHero charges a 5% platform fee on registration payments processed through Stripe. Standard Stripe processing fees also apply.
Can I import data from another platform?
Yes, we support CSV imports for teams, players, and schedules. Enterprise customers get dedicated migration support.
